Stage set for the ultimate nightmare of all vampires! This original Nintendo GameBoy Classic (DMG-01) has been fully restored and encased in a dark-elegant housing with a Castlevania / horror design. The front features a spectacular red and black graphic motif that perfectly harmonizes with the transparent red back case and the contrasting black battery cover.

A real highlight for passionate gamers are the built-in silicone buttons in a unique, two-tone "swirl look" (red/black marbled). The soft silicone D-pad and A/B buttons offer a noticeably softer, grippier, and extremely pleasant pressing feel compared to regular plastic buttons. They blend seamlessly both visually and tactilely into the spooky-beautiful design.

Equipped with the state-of-the-art Q5 OSD display, your game cartridges shine in a completely new light. The illuminated high-end panel delivers crisp sharp graphics and rich colors from every viewing angle. On the 11% larger screen area, whip strikes in Transylvania are simply twice as much fun!

• Individual color modes: 8 preset color modes integrated. Each palette can be finely adjusted in the menu (theoretically over 65,000 color shades possible!).

• Retro pixel effect: Turn the classic pixel grid (scanlines) on or off at will to simulate the original tube look from back then.

• Pixel-accurate centering: The vertical and horizontal image position can be finely adjusted directly via the software menu.

• Optional battery indicator: The current battery level can be shown or hidden on the display as desired.

• Maximum viewing angle: Stable, crystal-clear view from up to 178 degrees.

• Scratch protection: Equipped with a high-quality glass screen lens for optimal visibility and durability.

Operation & OSD Menu (Control via the contrast wheel)

The entire display control is done completely without additional buttons using the original side contrast wheel:

• Adjust brightness: Turn the wheel up or down to continuously regulate the display brightness in 20 steps.

• Switch color modes: Press the contrast wheel briefly inward to cycle directly through the 8 different color palettes.

• Open OSD menu: Press the contrast wheel inward for about 2–3 seconds. The settings menu will now open directly on the screen.

• Navigate in the OSD menu:

  • Turn the wheel up or down to scroll through the individual menu items (image position, battery indicator, pixel effects, color fine-tuning).

  • Press the wheel briefly inward to select or change an option.

  • To exit the menu, simply navigate to the "Exit" item and press the wheel briefly again.
