Matching this shiny look, transparent glitter buttons have been installed that sparkle as they catch the light. The white real glass screen with the colorful “GAME BOY COLOR” lettering perfectly completes the harmonious overall appearance.

Equipped with the state-of-the-art Q5 OSD V2 Display, you can experience your old classics sharper and more colorful than ever before. The screen area is about 15% larger than the original LCD screen and offers perfect contrast from every viewing angle.

Important note about this model: This device features a stylish white real glass screen. This means that the colorful “GAME BOY COLOR” lettering below the screen is fixed and cannot be illuminated or color-changed.

Operation & OSD Menu (Controls)

The Q5 OSD V2 Display is very easy to control:

• Control via touch sensors (top of the case):

  • Left touch sensor: A short tap changes the brightness in several steps.

  • Right touch sensor: A short tap cycles through the different color palettes. A long press toggles the retro pixel effect (scanlines) on or off.

• Open OSD menu: Hold the buttons SELECT + A + B simultaneously to open the settings menu directly on the screen.

  • Navigate through the menu items (such as image positioning or pixel effect) with SELECT.

  • Change values with the A or B buttons.
