A common problem: Many IPS-compatible housings on the market make it difficult to install standard screens. eXtremeRate has therefore completely redesigned the shape so that this housing is perfectly suitable for both standard displays and modern IPS displays (V1 & Regular). The precise manufacturing ensures that all edges close flush and the console feels premium.

Made from durable, non-toxic ABS plastic, the housing offers excellent feel and stability. Whether you want to replace a damaged shell or start a custom modding project – with the diverse designs from eXtremeRate, you’ll make your old GBC a real eye-catcher again.

Important notes before purchase:

• Only compatible with the GameBoy Color handheld console.

• Compatible with original displays as well as GBC High Light Backlight IPS V2 LCD displays (display not included).

• Console, screen, and internal electronics are not included.

• The console must be disassembled for the conversion; basic experience in console tinkering is beneficial.
