This 3.1-inch HD Laminated Q5 IPS Kit represents the pinnacle of display technology for the GameBoy Color. With a display area that is 25% larger than the original, and an extremely wide viewing angle of up to 178 degrees, your retro gaming experience will be completely revolutionized.
The high-definition resolution uses a 16:1 Integer Scaling, meaning 16 IPS pixels correspond exactly to one original pixel – the result is an absolutely sharp image without any distortion. Thanks to the Laminated Design (display and glass panel are firmly bonded), dust inclusions between the display and lens are a thing of the past.
New in this version are the Desaturation Function, which brings colors closer to the original for an authentic look, as well as the FRM Function (Frame Blending), which ensures smoother rendering for special graphic effects.

Note: For installation, a "laminated" case prepared for Q5 displays is required, as the display is significantly larger than the original.
