The front shell features a battle-ready Pikachu against a dynamic yellow-orange radiant pattern, decorated with the Japanese Katakana lettering “ピカチュウ” (Pikachu). The transparent-tinted neon yellow / lime green back offers a brilliant contrast, along with the matte black buttons (D-pad and A/B buttons). The gray genuine glass screen lens in the classic GameBoy style with yellow lettering perfectly completes the design.

Equipped with the state-of-the-art Q5 OSD V2 Display, you can experience your adventure in Kanto more sharply and vividly than ever before. The display area is approximately 15% larger than the original LCD screen and offers perfect contrast and brilliant colors from every viewing angle.

Important note about this model: This console is fitted with a gray genuine glass screen lens featuring a fixed yellow logo. The logo color cannot be changed or illuminated on this model.

Controls & OSD menu (operation)

The Q5 OSD V2 Display is incredibly easy to operate:

• Control via touch sensors (top of the shell):

  • Left touch sensor: A short tap changes the brightness through several levels.

  • Right touch sensor: A short tap cycles through different color palettes. Touching and holding toggles the retro pixel effect (scanlines) on or off.

• Open the OSD menu: Hold the SELECT + A + B buttons simultaneously to open the settings menu directly on the screen.

  • Navigate through the menu items (e.g., image positioning or pixel effect) with SELECT.

  • Easily change the values using the A or B buttons.
