What kind of game is this? This fifth installment of the legendary series, released by Koei in 1993, refines the epic principle of unifying the realm in feudal Japan during the Sengoku period. Haouden introduces significant innovations, including the deep vassal system, where you must reward your loyal generals with conquered lands to secure their loyalty. The game features complex turn-based sieges on detailed hex maps as well as extensive diplomacy and trade options. For particularly comfortable control, this title also supports the original Super Famicom mouse. A timeless milestone for demanding tacticians!
