Damn it and crumpled up! The devious King Olly turned Princess Peach into origami, ripped out her castle and tied her up with magical streamers! But don't worry - Mario and his new companion Olivia are there!
On your journey to remove the paper tapes, you will visit a wide variety of places, including scorching deserts and vast seas. You will meet a colorful group of characters who will work with you to loosen the streamers and prevent your friends from being turned into folders!

The Faltschergen caused some damage. Luckily, Olivia has magical folding powers that not only allow you to repair the environment, but also save all the Toads that are stuck in crazy situations.
With the help of powerful paper actions such as the far-reaching folding arms, you can save the inhabitants trapped by the folders and rebuild the mushroom kingdom, snippet by snippet.
And when the going gets tough, you face Olly's folders and giant bosses in battles that will test both your tactical skills and your puzzle-solving skills.
